Bad NHS Complaints System

I have written to the LMC, BMA , GMC , Equality Commission and my local MP saying that the UK NHS Complaints System is biased against UK NHS staff.
I observe that people judge me by the colour of my skin. They listen to a junior newly qualified white doctor ; rather than an Asian doctor with 25 years more experience. This is unsatisfactory and racist.
I think the whole system is often poor.
Patients often do not follow health advice so I am not going to suffer complaints from them. There should a fee to pay for all Complaints. I will look at prosecuting them in the UK Small Claims Courts.
Patients need to pay for the full cost of the Complaints and legal fees and cost of NHS time dealing with their Complaint. As a Uk Taxpayer I am not happy to pay for it.
I am a Conservative Party voter an think there should be a "Consultation fee" for all NHS appointments.
If a patient has failed to stop smoking, todiet or exercise properly for 20 years and has a heart attack or stroke ; then I am not going to pay for his healthcare costs or Consultations. This is a total waste of UK Taxpayers money.
I think there should be a fee for all wasted appointments. I have written to my MP saying the patients are arrogant and spoilt.
Other countries do not have such a daft system of free Complaints ; so the money and the grass is geener in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, India and Pakistan.
The pay rates for Doctors in Australia and Canada are double that of the UK; one can charge fees at the front door; so the jobs are better there. The job contracts and pay are better there. So I think it is better to move there at the start of one's career ; before buying land and property in the UK.
The NHS bill just for Maternity prosecutions is £27 Billion per year (BBC Radio 4 figure) so this is unaffordable and unsustainable.
Charging a Consultation fee helps to protect staff from abuse as patients are often disrespectful.
I have said to the GMC, LMC, BMA and my MP that the current system is racist and biased against NHS staff.
