I am writing a book about GP Management issues . I have emialed  the following points to the BMA and LMCs.

I am a critic so I will criticise patients and staff.

"Here are just  some  of the serious  mistakes made by Practice Managers over the past 20 years in my past lived experience as GP Partner . Most were arrogant , split and Incompetent; especially those of overseas origin. I have observed that people from  Eastern Europe are often racist; and do not listen to an Asian Doctor.

In one Practice I had to dismiss all the administration staff of overseas origin for rude disrespectful behaviour. I kept the people brought up in the UK because they were polite.

Staff are not allowed to be rude to me as  the boss GP Partner or Medical Director. I will get angry and            discipline them using the Practice “Staff Employment Handbook”; shout at them; tell them off; keep a written record and give a written warning every time; then dismiss them after a second episode of failure; in accordance with the STAFF HANDBOOK.

The Metropolitan Police used their "Staff Handbook" to discipline and dismiss (sack) had staff in 2011 and in 2024.

The mistakes below are recurring problems over the years – they happen again and again.

1.Making errors in payroll because they cant do mental arithmetic.

2.Taking down important NHS posters to protect the staff Stating that we will not tolerate abuse of staff.

3.Taking  4 weeks off sick leave In  a year from stress and thinking they are wonderful. Thinking she will it be criticised or told off.

4.Having a poor memory. Being forgetful.

5.Lying on their CV stating that they had two Grade A at A- level but had Certificates for only one Grade A."

6. Failing to file bank statements and bills properly in logical date order and subject order for 7 years.

7. Losing the e-file for CQC or ICB  work done as he had only one copy. No backup copy was kept.

For full details buy the book from this website titled

"GP PARTNERSHIP DISPUTES".

If a GP Partner  has been suspended or struck-off by the GMC and has stolen £20,000 from the practice bank account; refusing to repay it; then one need to contact the NHS PENSIONS OR HEALTH AUTHORITY  FRAUD TEAM to claim the money back. All Pension Schemes and Investment Companies have anti-fraud measures. So one can also contact Virgin pensions or other Investment Companies.

There is no need to pay for Solicitors. This method saves £30,000 in legal fees and £40,000 in Court fees for each  Practice.
